At Outsunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your new garden furniture or equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Outsunny account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
